General information is collected in most cases, such as customer contact details and language preferences, alongside unique data specific to certain services and customers. Additional or different data may be collected depending on circumstances, all in accordance with the law and this policy. Prepaid Customers (Prepaid Card Payment):
In most cases, prepaid services are provided without collecting identifying details such as name, ID number, or address. The information usually collected includes line details (number, package type), activation date, date and destination of international flights, payment methods (when the purchase is digital), and technical usage data [e.g., incoming and outgoing call destinations, data usage consumed/remaining, minutes of calls, quantity and logs of SMS (without content)]. In some cases, additional partial data may be collected, such as the purchaser’s phone number, call center inquiry logs including service requests or questions.
Cellular Package Customers:
- Contact and identification details: full name, ID number/company number, residential address, phone number, Email address.
- Payment methods: including credit card, account details, or direct debit authorization.
- Package details: line number, package type, subscription date, line status (active/suspended), type of supplementary services.
- Service usage data: such as incoming and outgoing call destinations, data usage consumed/remaining, call minutes, quantity and logs of messages (without content), purchases made via the service, documentation of technical or service actions.
- Flight dates and destinations.
- Documentation of calls with call center, service inquiries, complaints, call summaries, or customer requests.
- Registration of consents for marketing mailings and content, original subscription registration, or terms acceptance.
- Administrative information: for example payment status, invoice issuance, documentation of previous payments.
Home Internet Customers:
- Contact and identification details: full name, ID number/company number, residential address, phone number, email address.
- Coordination of installation appointments, recordings of technical support calls, documentation of service actions.
- Occasionally payment details depending on package type.
- Connection and installation, technical support, ongoing service, usage data.
- Documentation of calls with call center, service inquiries, complaints, call summaries, or customer requests.
International Call Customers:
- Contact and identification details: full name, ID number/company number, residential address, phone number, email address.
- Line number, destination country, documentation of outgoing calls, packages purchased.
- Usage data for operational, routing, and pricing purposes.
- Documentation of service inquiries or calls with company representatives.
- Occasionally, when calls are made via call center, basic contact details of the caller (name, phone, email) are also collected.
Business Customers:
- Contact name, position, mobile phone, email address, ID number/company number.
- Documentation of calls with company representatives, communication history, service inquiries, product and service preferences, usage data.
Potential Customers:
- Name, phone, email, additional contact methods.
- Source of inquiry (e.g., website form, Facebook campaign, call center) and its content.
- Documentation of calls with company representatives, online inquiries or communication with agents, potential customer’s expressed interests (requested services, preferred packages).
Visitors to Israel (Tourism):
- Name, phone number, email address
- Package type, line number, activation date
- Payment method
- Service usage data: incoming and outgoing call destinations, data usage (used/remaining), number of call minutes, number of messages
- Documentation of correspondence with company representatives
Information Collected Through Digital Activities:
The Company operates websites, landing pages, mailing systems, and additional digital advertising tools (including social media and external websites). Through these activities, the following information may be collected:
- IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type.
- Approximate geographic location.
- Pages viewed on the website, duration of stay, clicks, actions on forms or links.
- Responses to campaigns – such as opening a message, clicking on a campaign, etc.

5. Sharing Information with Third Parties:
We share personal information with third parties only when necessary to achieve the purposes stated in this policy and ensure that sharing is relevant, proportionate, and controlled. We evaluate recipients and ensure conditions and commitments to protect privacy and information security. Shared information is transferred to the following types of entities:

The Company employs advanced systems, expert teams, and procedures to protect our customers‘ personal information and holds recognized information security certifications. However, no computerized system can be completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee protection against security risks or unauthorized access, and the Company will not be liable for any damages caused, if any, to customers and/or their personal information.
7. Your Rights Regarding Information and Contacting the Data Controller.
We respect your privacy rights and endeavor to keep only necessary, up-to-date, and accurate personal information. According to Sections 13-14 of the Privacy Protection Law, you may review personal information held about you and request correction or deletion if you find it incorrect, incomplete, unclear, or outdated. If applicable, you have the right to unsubscribe from marketing mailing lists through a dedicated link in messages sent to you or by other lawful means. After removal from such lists, the Company will not send marketing messages. However, we may continue to send service-related communications (e.g., responses to your inquiries). It is clarified that information necessary for the Company to manage its business and for purposes detailed in this policy will continue to be retained by law. 8. Data Protection Officer.
The Company has appointed TRUSTIZ Consulting Ltd. as Data Protection Officer (DPO) according to the Privacy Protection Law („the DPO“). With the DPO’s assistance, the Company implements this privacy policy, complies with privacy laws, handles privacy inquiries, and protects data subjects‘ rights. 9. Website Terms.
This privacy policy is part of the website’s terms of use, and using the website constitutes acceptance of these terms, this policy, and any other binding agreements on the site. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the website.
10. Amendments and Updates to Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law.
This privacy policy is governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. Exclusive jurisdiction over any matter related to this policy lies with the competent courts in the Petah Tikva area.
